  The absolute most atrocious fast food experience I have EVER had!!!
  Yesterday, I waited on the "fast food" drive thru line for A HALF AN HOUR! When I finally had the opportunity to express my frustration to the drive-thru employee, she yelled at me to "calm down!" She then proceeded to say..."it's hard enough to work over here..." When I answered, "this is not my problem.." she slammed the window shut right in my face!! There was no apology or sense of understanding and absolutely no effort to appease my frustration. I couldn't wait to go home and call the store manager about the poorest quality of customer service the employees are displaying. Well when I spoke to the manager, it was clearly understandable why the level of service is so poor! The manager defended the employees actions, demanding that I have to pity the employees who work so very hard, as IT IS so hard to work there, especially when having to deal with all the kids in the restaurant. When I reiterated that this is not the customers' problem, the manager responded, "well then DON'T COME HERE...have a nice day lady!!" Can you imagine, a manager discouraging away business for the sake of improving the quality of customer service among the employees. Rest assured, I will never pull up to that joint again...and I'll be sure to pass along this piece of advice to others.
